Exhibit Tables at CLPP

Exhibit tables are given to conference sponsors with non-sponsors placed on a waitlist.

We will be in touch in late March to let you know if we have exhibit table space available for non-sponsors. The fee for non-sponsors is $100 per single exhibit space due no later than April 1, 2020. Once we have confirmed that space is available, we will send you payment information. No exhibit table space shall be issued during conference weekend.

Policy on Conference Exhibitors and Vendors

Three exhibitors are assigned per 8' table — each space being 2'8" wide — unless prior approval for more spaces was obtained. Please plan accordingly for your materials to fit either on top of your table for display, or under your table for storage.

All confirmed exhibitors must also register for the conference. Please also review our community norms.

Exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own materials to the conference. We cannot accept mailed materials unless previous arrangements have been made with CLPP staff. We cannot assume any responsibility for exhibitor materials before, during, or after the conference.

Exhibit tables will be available for setup between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM on Friday of the conference, or before 9:00 AM on Saturday. Exhibitors will not be permitted to set up tables after 7:30 PM on Friday evening.

Exhibit tables must be cleared by 12:30 pm on Sunday.

Exhibitors may leave materials at their tables throughout the weekend, but the tables will not be monitored.  CLPP cannot be responsible for any lost or abandoned materials.

Available exhibit hours:
Friday 3:00 PM-7:30 PM (peak hours 6:00 PM-7:30 PM)
Saturday 8:15 AM-5 PM (peak hours 8:15 AM-1 PM)
Sunday 8:15 AM-12:30 PM

We reserve the right to review exhibitor materials and decide whether they are appropriate for this conference.

Each exhibitor will be assigned a table location. Exhibitors may not move their location without express permission from CLPP staff, and exhibitors may not set up displays in any other location besides the one assigned.

Exhibitors may sell and distribute materials at their assigned table. Items may not be sold or distributed anywhere else on campus.

If at any time, an exhibitor does not follow the above outlined policy, the exhibit table is forfeited.
