Submit a proposal to speak at #CLPP2020!

We are accepting proposals for CLPP’s 2020 conference, From Abortion Rights to Social Justice: Building the Movement for Reproductive Freedom!

Since 1981, CLPP has been working to realize a world in which all people have the economic, social, and political power necessary to make healthy decisions about our bodies, families, sexuality, and reproduction. Our annual conference brings together over 1000 activists, academics, and curious learners of all ages from across the U.S. and the world. The 2020 conference will take place April 3-5 at Hampshire College in Amherst, MA.  Over one packed, high-energy weekend, we share ideas that inspire reflection, growth, and collaboration across all our communities and generations.

We know that you are engaged in amazing organizing, movement building, scholarship, and activism around reproductive justice, and we want to hear about it! Let us know about your current activism, your expertise and experiences, and what you can contribute to the conference! Is there a conversation about reproductive justice that you want to lead? A presentation on your exciting new research you can’t wait to share? Do you want to train folks in media-making for social change, or share strategies for grassroots organizing? Check out our Call for Proposals and submit a proposal for a presentation, interactive workshop, or activist or identity caucus by Friday, November 1. Please share the call with your friends and fellow activists!
