Nursing Students for Sexual and Reproductive Health


NSSRH is a national grassroots organization dedicated to providing nursing students with the education, tools, and resources necessary to become social change agents within the healthcare system as it relates to sexual and reproductive justice. NSSRH promotes education, activism, and scholarship among it's members. NSSRH's entire portfolio of programs include a clinical externship and curriculum, student support programming, and expansion and outreach.


  • Reproductive Rights/Justice

Internship description: 

The student will develop a comprehensive review of SRH curriculum in nursing schools in the US, building on a 2014 report that that was completed for NSSRH by the Argosy foundation. The student will use data collection and research methods to implement their study, and author (primary) a report.

Internship skills needed: 

Social science research skills preferred, but not required: research and data collection, survey, analysis. Strong writing skills, interpersonal skills, and self direction a must.
