Mission: 

The mission of the SWLC is to create the opportunity for women to realize their full economic and personal potential by: eliminating gender bias, discrimination and harassment; lifting women and their families out of poverty; and ensuring that all women have full control over their reproductive lives through access to comprehensive reproductive health services and information.

Internship description: 

Will assist a small organization of 4 full time staff; and law clerks. Do policy work that is meant to have an impact on the entire state. The position will work with all the staff including programmatic areas including reproductive rights, economic security and policy development.

Internship skills needed: 

Pre-law or public policy major preferred. Someone who is great at social media and developing graphics. *Intern needs vehicle and license*
