Center on Reproductive Rights and Justice at Berkeley Law

CRRJ is a multidisciplinary research center dedicated to issues of reproduction and designed to support policy solutions by connecting people and ideas across the academic-advocate divide. CRRJ concentrates on public support for poor and low-income people’s reproductive experiences. We are harnessing our unique position and privilege to target particularly complex, intractable, and unpopular issues ripe for fresh perspective and creative thinking. We’re currently focusing much of our efforts on welfare cash aid recipients who bear children, Medicaid beneficiaries who have abortions, and people who end their own pregnancies without medical supervision.
