Educators Unite for Reproductive Justice

What does it mean to be a reproductive justice educator when you rarely have the opportunity to talk about abortion? How do teachers of color find support networks in a still, largely white field? How can we ethically educate across cultures and use white privilege to raise up communities of color? Can I come out as a queer educator? As a social justice advocate? Am I interrupting or aiding the school-to-prison pipeline? Am I teacher? Do I want to be a teacher? Bring your questions, strategies, successes, and attempts so that we--aspiring and current early childhood, K-12, and beyond educators--can continue to infuse our education communities with social justice.
