All participants must register in advance. Advance registration allows us to plan for adequate food and accommodate accessibility needs. Check-in will begin April 12th, 2019 at 2PM.
Online registration ends on April 8th, 2019 at 11:59pm.
If you need ASL interpretation or have other access needs, please register before March 15th.
If you need on-site childcare, you must register for the conference by March 15th.
Please help us to diminish access barriers at the conference and continue to work and build with us so that the conference is more accessible to more people each year.
Please read through our accessibility guide and community norms statement.
Please be smoke- and fragrance-free to the extent that you are able to, so that beloved community members with chemical sensitivities can attend the conference.
We believe in offering our conference to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. Your registration fee goes directly to supporting conference costs. While CLPP is housed at Hampshire, we raise the funds for all CLPP programs and personnel. We also rely on participants to pay as they are able. Please give as generously as you are able, and know that you are welcome here regardless of your ability to pay.

All students may attend the conference for free, but are encouraged to give if they can.
If you can't attend, please consider making a donation that brings someone else to our conference.
CLPP is committed to supporting parents, children, and families. Through generous donations from individuals and foundations, we are able to provide childcare during set times at the conference. If you need childcare, please opt in.
Scented products include shampoos, lotions, styling products, laundry detergent and fabric softeners, "natural" products and essential oils, colognes and perfumes, and air fresheners.
We know that scented products, including essential oils, perfumes, and hair products, can be an important part of one's identity, and we will not be policing anyone's use of them. However, we ask all participants who will be in shared conference spaces over the weekend to recognize how using certain products can create access barriers in those spaces for folks who cannot tolerate exposure to chemicals and fragrance.
Please review some preparations you can make prior to the conference. See also additional online resources by Leah Lakshmi Piepzna-Samarasinha: "Fragrance Free Femme of Colour Realness" and "Making Space Accessible is An Act Of Love for Our Communities".
