Check out our new CLPP conference video!

Our CLPP student group has been working tirelessly since January to prepare for the conference. Recently they put together a promotional video for our 2013 conference! Check it out and don't forget to register for our 27th annual From Abortion Rights to Social Justice: Building the Movement for Reproductive Freedom conference. Looking forward to seeing you April 12th - 14th in Amherst, MA!

Getting to the Conference: Travel stipends and other resources

Getting to the conference can be expensive! We are committed to bringing together student and community activists who are most affected by reproductive injustices, and who are on the frontlines of creating reproductive justice. Visit the Funding Travel page for fundraising resources and to apply for a travel stipend. Applications are due March 1st, but we'll begin reviewing applications on February 15th and awarding stipends on a rolling basis, so consider applying early!

Invitation to a CLPP Planning Call

We invite you to share your thoughts as we plan for this spring's conference. To connect with you and get your feedback, we're hosting two planning calls, one on Tuesday, October 2, 3:00-4:00 p.m. and another on Thursday, October 4, 12:00-1:00 p.m. The format for the two calls will be the same and you can join whichever one will fit into your schedule.

Conference Proposals Due 9/21/12

Over recent months and for as many years as we can count, we have been inspired by our courageous colleagues, allies, and friends who are creating a world centered on justice. At the same time, we are outraged by the blatant and insidious attacks on reproductive freedom, racial and gender equality, and queer liberation, and the exponential growth of economic inequality. We want to bring activists and emerging leaders together for cross-movement dialogue and action planning at our 27th annual activist conference, From Abortion Rights to Social Justice: Building the Movement for Reproductive Freedom.
