Bio: 

Neyda Cujcuj Xoyon (she/her/hers/ella pronouns) is a Guatemalan woman of Mayan descent from South Central Los Angeles! Currently, she is a rising senior at Claremont Mckenna College majoring in international relations and Chicanx/Latinx studies. She is passionate about gender, sexual and reproductive rights, racial justice, and immigrant rights. She is interested in learning more about Latin America, specifically Central America. She considers herself a plant enthusiast, with 15 indoor plants. During quarantine, she has grown tomatoes and carrots. She also enjoys seeing the sunset and listening to music. She aspires to work with youth in her post-grad life.
