Exhibition Tables
Preference for exhibit tables will be given to our sponsors. If you are interested in sponsoring the conference, please see the sponsorship page.
If you are not a sponsor, but would like an exhibit table, there will be a fee of $50. Please fill out the Request for Exhibition Space by March 12, 2010. We will contact all applicants in March to confirm availability. Please see logistics below for more information.
Exhibitor Logistics
Tables will be set up in the back of the Robert Crown Center, in the same room that the events will take place. Three exhibiting groups will be assigned per table. The tables will be eight feet long, giving each exhibitor a two and a third foot wide exhibition space. Please plan accordingly for your materials to fit either on top of your table for display, or under your table for storage.
Exhibit tables will be available for set up starting at 2:30pm on Friday April 9th. Please arrive in time to have your materials set up before the Friday night Abortion Speak Out begins at 7pm or, if you are setting up on Saturday morning, then before the session begins at 9:00am so as not to disturb the events. You will need to pack up your exhibit materials either during dinner on Saturday or after the Saturday dinner. Materials must be removed from the Robert Crown Center by 8 pm Saturday evening. We cannot be responsible for any materials left in the RCC.
We reserve the right to review your materials and decide whether they are appropriate for this conference. We prefer that you bring your materials with you as we have limited storage space.
